Dear friend of families in need,

I love telling you of the good you have done, the fruit of your partnership.

My letter is going to be a bit unusual.

I want to tell you about winds, particularly a Category 5 Hurricane!

Brenda is originally from the Bahamas, right in “Hurricane Alley.” In 2011, she and her daughter moved to South Orange County. Being a naturally caring person, Brenda secured a job providing in-home care to the sick and elderly, working for the county.

Her brother and two nieces remained in the Bahamas, living on their tiny home island. Then came Hurricane Dorian, the strongest on record, with sustained winds of 185 mph. I cannot imagine what it must have been like! A friend of the ministry interviewed Brenda who said...
