Resale Boutique

Proceeds from our Resale Boutique help fund our work. We carry items for men, women, and children including new and gently-used clothing, activewear, purses, shoes, and jewelry. The shop also has furniture, housewares, and seasonal items available.

All proceeds go to support our programs and services including our shelters and food pantry.

How to donate

We’re so thankful that you’re considering donating to FAM Resale Boutique. Your generosity helps fund our many community programs and services.

To maximize the proceeds that are generated at the boutique and to make the best use of our amazing volunteers, we ask that you follow the donation policies outlined below.

Clothing Items

  • We accept women’s, men’s and children’s clothing

  • Clothing must be gently used, in good condition, washed and free of stains, tears, and rips

  • We cannot accept large black trash bags or large boxes of clothing if they are too heavy. Please divide into smaller containers such as small reusable shopping bags or small 10-gallon (kitchen-sized) bags

Home Goods Décor Items

  • We accept dishes, glassware, and home décor items that are in excellent condition

  • No chips, stains, cracks or broken items

  • Please pack small household items in small boxes or plastic totes with lids when possible

  • We accept new small appliances that are still in the box (eg, toasters, coffee makers, can openers, etc.)

Furniture Items

  • Due to space limitations, we can ONLY accept furniture on an as-needed basis

  • All furniture requires pre-approval so please email FAMResale@LoveFAM.org with the item’s description, picture, dimensions and value

  • Note that we have time constraints for pick-up and delivery

Books

  • We accept both hardcover and paperback books in excellent condition

  • We cannot accept textbooks or medical books older than 4 years

  • Please pack books in easy-to-carry containers

Children’s Items

  • For safety and hygiene, we can only accept new (ie, still in-the-box) children’s toys and games

  • State law requires that we only accept new and still-in-the-box cribs, booster seats, highchairs etc.

  • We accept children’s clothing that is in excellent condition, clean, free of stains, tears and rips
